About Us
Located in Board of Education District 5 and KCS Region 1, Farragut Primary School is a foundational part of the Farragut community, dedicated to supporting young learners as they begin their academic journey.
Serving students in K through 2nd grade, Farragut Primary provides a warm, safe, and developmentally focused environment where early learners build essential academic and social-emotional skills. With an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students, the school is committed to ensuring that every child receives personal attention, encouragement, and the resources needed to thrive.
The campus, located at 509 N. Campbell Station Road, is designed to inspire curiosity and confidence in young students. Core academic instruction is supported by programs in physical education, art, music, library media, and counseling, helping children grow into well-rounded learners.
Farragut Primary is also known for strong community partnerships and an active PTO, which continues to support classroom needs, schoolwide events, and enrichment opportunities for students and families.
As Knox County Schools plans for future growth in the Farragut area, Farragut Primary remains dedicated to its mission: to foster a supportive, engaging, and enriching learning environment where every child is prepared for continued success—academically, socially, and personally.
