Whether you’re new to our school or a longtime Farragut Primary School family, we want to provide the resources you need to achieve success.

Enrollment

Farragut Primary School serves students K, 1st, and 2nd grades.

Enrollment for students who are new to the districts must be completed in person by a parent or legal guardian.

Daily Schedule

FPS opens at 7:00am for car riders and walkers. All students enter the building through the cafeteria door on the car rider side. Buses begin to arrive at 7:00am. The bus lane opens up at 7:25am for students that are able to get out of the car on their own.

The school day begins at 7:45am with dismissal at 2:45pm.  

Half Days school dismissal begins at 11:15am.

Student Supports

The entire staff of Farragut Middle School is committed to establishing an atmosphere in which children will feel safe, secure, and happy so they maximize their opportunities to learn and achieve. The school has three trained counselors and a social worker on staff.

Enrichment

 

Enrichment Activities

Farragut Primary School offers enrichment classes quarterly through the FPS PTO. These enrichment classes are offered at Farragut Primary under the direction and sponsorship of Farragut Primary Staff. More information can be found through the FPS PTO Facebook page. 

KidTime

 

After School Care

KidTime is our only on-site after-care provider, but several other organizations offer pickup and transportation to off-site provider.

Library / Media Center

Our library is a hub for student learning, reading, and discovery. In addition to the school library, teachers may maintain individual collections of age-appropriate books in their classrooms to support literacy and foster a love of reading.
